WE TRACE 20 PRIORITY ALLERGENS
We provide known instances of 20 allergens; over and above the 12 priority allergens as defined by Health Canada in our menu and flow of food. The 12 priority allergens are: Mustard, Sesame, Sulphites, Milk, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish & Crustaceans, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, Soybeans (Soy).
We also track Celery, Garlic, Onion, Nitrates & Nitrites, Mushroom, Hot Peppers and Citrus.
