• Does not include serving utensils, chafing dishes, disposable plates or cutlery unless noted in the package description or purchased by the CLIENT as part of their order.
• Your DIY Catering Order is prepared fresh to maximize quality for your chosen pickup time, please do not arrive later than 15 minutes before the pre-arranged pickup time.

• All food is held above or below the Food Safety Danger Zone prior to pickup.
• All hot food is guaranteed to be held above 140°F at the pre-arranged pickup time.
• All cold food is guaranteed to be held below 40°F at the pre-arranged pickup time.
• All food held in HACCP-certified food-safe containers for transport and holding.
• Memphis Fire Barbeque Company Inc. releases all liability in regards to food safety and foodborne illness once the CLIENT receives their food, or three (3) hours post the pre-arranged customer pickup time.
• Point of Service food temperatures are only guaranteed if the CLIENT has provided insulated food delivery bags and the venue is only thirty (30) minutes away from 1091 Highway 8, Winona, Ontario L8E 5H8.
• Food is packaged for final assembly at the point of service, not the point of origin.
• All Salads are non-dressed and require assembly by the CLIENT.
• All Proteins are sliced or pulled as necessary, except Ribs which are in 1 lb Half Racks.
• All Vegetarian options are individually packaged, and ready for distribution to guests of your choice.
